Weekly Service
Weekly pool service includes thorough skimming, emptying of skimmer and pump baskets, water testing and chemical balancing, vacuuming, and a complete equipment check. These essential services help keep your pool clean, balanced, and operating properly throughout the year.
Filter Cleaning
Filter cartridges are cleaned every 4 weeks or as needed based on the condition of the pool and filtration system. Whenever the cartridges are cleaned, the service is documented on your weekly service report, allowing you to easily see when your filter was last cleaned and keeping a clear record of your pool’s ongoing maintenance.
Salt Systems
Salt cells are cleaned every 3 months in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, or more frequently as needed based on the condition of the cell and pool. Each salt cell cleaning is documented on your weekly service report when completed, providing a clear record of when the cell was last cleaned and helping ensure your salt chlorine system continues to operate properly.
Service Texts and Emails
In addition to receiving a text message when we are on the way and again when your pool service is complete, you will also receive a detailed email after each service. This email includes your pool’s chemical readings, chemicals added, services performed, and a photo of your pool. This keeps you informed and provides a clear record of the work completed at every visit.

In addition to our monthly pool service, we also offer minor equipment repairs and replacements to help keep your pool system running smoothly. From replacing small equipment components to addressing common equipment issues, we’re happy to help with many routine repairs and replacements. Please note that we do not service or replace pool heaters or pool lights.
